Hey! Time is changing, we were used to people going from Montreal to Toronto, but not the other way around! :)

Kidding aside, I can't compare the job market of Montreal vs Toronto because I don't know about the job market in Toronto. For my part, I've been working for the last 10 years both as a consultant and as an employee and I've not been unemployed for more than 4 weeks in that period of time.
