This is the most frustrating feature of VFP 6.0. I get this error constantly. It usually occurs when CLEAR ALL is called from the setup.prg. I have not been able to track it down, but ensuring you are running the most recent version of DCOM is supposed to help. MS Tech Support has been besieged with calls about this issue, but I have yet to see a conclusive fix for the problem.

To make matters worse it happens intermittently, usually when you think the problem has reloved itself for good. Bottom line--live with it until the next service release. MS knows about it, even if they don't acknowledge it.
