hello friends,

I am currently trying to understanding com/dcom technologies. for this I have created small exe in vfp. Then build the com exe of that project. After creating the exe , it works perefect from vfp by createobject() function.

I have also used remote automation connection manager to create objects remotely. for this , I have my exe on server computer. then on client computer, I have registerd the exe with the help of remote automation connection manager. And this also works fine, if i do createobject() on the client computer.

I have my both client and servers are win95 machines

Now, I want to do same above thing through DCOM. but don't succeed. Please help me , how can i do same thing like remote automation does through DCOm.

or , if anyone can please give me simple example of using DCOM with VFP then I will be very thankful to you.
