If the error message Too Many Variables is geniune and not the result of a bug, then you will have to create a CONFIG.FPW text file, and insert the line MVCOUNT = xxxx. Use a number like 5000 for xxxx or experiment with values.

Place this file into the directory of your app or even better build it into the project.
