You need to edit the report environment through the Biz Obj builder.
Even though you don't need a Biz Obj in the report. There may be a better way but I just create a TEMP biz obj(in abizness.vcx) for my apps in the project manager. I then dbl-click and edit TEMP in the class designer. Right click on the biz obj and select builder(or select the biz obj and click on the AUTO FORMAT button in the form designer toolbar). That should bring up the builder and allow you to create,edit your data environment. BTW don't forget to uncheck the NO DATA ON LOAD check box in the cursor edit form after you add your cursors. This drove me crazy for hours one time. My reports came up with no data until I found this.
