If it's my pointers class, it doesn't make any call to NetAPI32.dll. If you need this dll, it's a different software that requires it (or, maybe it's required if you try to run of the samples included).

NetApi32.dll is installed when you install Windows (95 or NT), in the system directory. The dll on 95 contains only one function, so, it's useless. The one on NT contains almost all WinAPI functions for network issues.

If you don't have it on your machine... you have a problem with your Windows installation.
