Almost any program can run as an NT service, since non-technically
a service is just an EXE without a user interface that is also able
to run without a user logged in.

You must be careful that no dialog boxes appear or any user input.
Then set it to 'Run as a service'. The cmd prompts NET START service
and NET STOP service can be used if you recompile often.
