Sounds correct. Now I'm back in IE4, and I have resizing. However, in IE I have those pesky horizontal bars when trying to reply. NS is free of that problem.
Last night I loaded IE5 at home. Looks like I may end up with both problems now, if IE5 can't resize, and I still have those pesky bars :)
