It's not alwasy created when you do SQL, even if you have no such index. You can read through two long threads we've recently had here about when a deleted index is really useful, and it's not as much as some of us had thought. There are differences of opinion on the subject.

But actually, my remark here was purely "tongue-in-cheek" -- clearly no one in their right mind would do the command Delete for Deleted() :)
