Originally, I created a form and added a few controls to it. I didn't add any tables to the DE. I just tried saving the current form as a class, then making the changes to convert it back to a form.

I just tried the same form, but with a DE. When I converted it from form->class->form the tables in the DE disappeared (isn't that what you'd expect since the class doesn't have a DE?). But, when I added the tables back in, it worked OK.
