2 Gig table, 2 Gig memo. You must have a CDX on the table.

The 2 Gig is a hold over from the DOS days when 2 Gig was the maximum drive partitiion size. There are no plans to change this in VFP. The official word is that if you need bigger, to split the table or use SQL Server.
