Well, I had considered using two arrays because building arrays on the fly is easy, but I am using the table in the first (target) grid to navigate some other fields on the form (could be done with an array but I was being lazy) and the second grid is changing in that as items appear in the first grid they are removed from the second. I have been playing with this and believe that a select statement based upon a view actually queries the original table and ignores uncommited records so I am going to have to go with the arrays or fudge some cursors. Oh, well.
