I'm not using DO FORM for my main top-level I'm using (VFP6):

_Screen.Hide()
oFrmLauncher=NEWOBJECT("frmLauncher","genclasslib")
oFrmLauncher.Show()

I put it after other code/toolbars were added, and using DO FORM command. (I figured I need to do this anyway for first-time users in my new app, so I might as well get started testing now...)
