Don't know about the comma issue, but I had a user complain that their FPW 2.6 app (which I hadn't "improved" for 2 years) was suddenly entering a quantity of 80 when they typed 8.

They were pressing the insert key somewhere along the way and putting the application in overstrike rather the the default insert mode.
