Often, when I bring up a method of a form for editing, the line and column numbers don't show at the bottom of my screen. I click on Edit then Properties and then I set "Show line/column position" ON, and I set "Apply to method code" ON, being careful to keep "Save preferences" set ON. Later, (at least the next time I start VFP), I'm faced with the same problem. How do I get "Save preferences" to save my preferences. I've had the same problem with both VFP 5 and 6.
