If I'm reading your question right, this might help.

1. Display your form on the screen.
2. Press Print Scrn button (beside F12).
3. Run any bitmap editting program, like Paintbrush.
4. Press Ctrl+V to paste the image into the display.
5. Select print from the file menu.

If you want it cropped, note the form dimensions in pixels when in design mode and set the attributes in Paintbrush to match. When you paste the image in, you can drag it until just the form image drops into place.
