I have a following problem - I'd be grateful for any help:

On my computer (Win95) I've installed VFP3.0, a full version, and Oracle Developer/2000. I'd like my Fox application to connect Oracle database (on the other computer) through ODBC. It could be done in two ways - through Oracle ODBC Driver for Rdb and Microsoft ODBC Driver for Oracle but... they both fail. When the second one is concerned I get an error message beginning with "The Oracle(tm) client and networking components were not found..." What's going on? What may be the reason of such a behaviour?

I've read an article in Forum's Knowledge Base about ODBC but there I've only found an example with SQL*Net client. I'd like to use the Microsoft ODBC driver itself because the application end-users haven't got SQL*Net and I think it's not a good idea to install it with my app.

Any comments?
