I have a process that, using OLE automation, opens a template Excel file, populates it with data from my tables and issues a SaveAs to save it under a different name. However, sometimes we re-run the process for an existing spreadsheet and Excel puts up a messagebox asking whether to overwrite. How do I suppress this and overwrite the file automatically?
