To expand on what Pavel and Bob have said, If you just need time synchronization within you local network (and while using your app) then Bob's NETTIME method would be the simplest to implement. However, if you need fairly accurate time, then use the AboutTime program that Pavel pointed you at (its free). AboutTime requires more setup (TCP/IP on internal network, client on each machine, internet access) but *can* keep all your machine's clocks subsecond accruate.
One other point in favor of AboutTime, if your users stay logged on for extended periods and you only synchronize time at logon the clocks may drift apart during use, whereas with AboutTime the client can resynchronize at a preset interval independent of your app.
