Hi,
With regards to your question on why VFP executable didn't compress much. I
had also tried to compress it using other know executable file compressor, but
mostly all does not compress it at all.
The reason from one of the author stated that is is due to the way vfp file is
arrange, actually it is make up of 02 file in 01. The first part of the whole file will run and call the second part of the whole file. The second part of the file is where all our code is and most of executable compressor cannot
compress this part, else our application cannot run. HTH
That is what I know, any wrong ideal or comment, please comments

>Does anybody know why a VFP executable doesn't compress much ( via the setup wizard or any other compression utility) when the encryption flag is enabled in the project manager? I'm using Refox7 to brand my executables, which requires that the encryption flag be enabled. (I'm encrypting my executables because they contain tables which contain sensitive data which we don't want the user to be able to access externally.)
Best Regards
Virusim
