What's the trick to get the debugger to show the code as it runs? I know I can do the run to cursor trick, or the single step trick, but I would rather it just kept running as I watched.

The reason is that any place I see a pause, or any loop that it takes a while to get out of is an obvious place to speed things up. If I could get the debugger to follow along, it would make it easier.

(Yes, I know about event tracking and stuff like that, I just want to be able to watch my program run.)
