Check the download section here under Win32 and Other APIs for my lnkfiles.dll. It comes with a help file that shows how to use it in VFP. The help file does contain some errata regarding the return values when you try to set a property of the link file. In testing, you'll have to check the actual shortcut to determine whether or not it actually succeeded.
