>I appreciate the suggestion but I tried this only to find that its not an option. If I set the data session to private, multiple errors occur because I can no longer access tables in the public datasession. This is necessary since this is part of a project involving multiple executables, and hundreds of forms and prg's, all drawing data from the public data session. Developement has gone way to far to use private data sessions. Any other ideas?
The common advice is to use 'isolated' grids, i.e. you base them on separate cursor/view and don't use Linkmaster or temp relationships.
I don't want to say that this is the only option, it's just usual design.
