I want to know which API can do:

a) run Screen Saver (e.g. ndshow1.scr)
b) Check any Dail-up Internet and call Dail-up automatically,
no need to press enter at dail-up dialog if remember passwd is used
c) Specify which IME input method, if there are more than one input
method, change to APPOINTED one to save time instead of
IMESTATUS(1) etc.
d) Turn on Sound if current Sound setting is Mute!
e) Change Screen Revolution and also Color to 256
f) Adjust System Long Time and Short Time Format to my favour
