Our company uses Citrix WinFrame for this. I believe the lastest release of the software is called MetaFrame. Check out www.citrix.com for more info.

Another plan is to use 1 big box with NT Terminal Server. We have used regular boxes with PCAnywhere and this method works fine; we have no experience with Terminal Server. If anyone has experience and/or advice regarding Terminal Server, I'd like to hear about it.
