What's your normal work day run like when do you start coding and when do you quit on a normal day? I can pop on the notebook at 6am or 6:30am and shut it down between 10pm to 1am. But I throw in a run sometime in between to keep my mind clear. My problems are in the elbows mostly and in the palms. Just was wondering how much code was being slung!

Do you do much subcontracting?
