I have both 5 and 6, same problem in each. I suspect something is wrong with my Excel OLE setup, but I haven't the faintest idea what to look for. My Excel has had no problems, using it directly...beats me what's wrong, I'm hoping a UTer will have seen this before...

I imagine the alternative code I posted is a safe bet, since it's been in Solutions for awhile, but who knows? I'll have to test that more, too...
