Hi Craig:
Thanks for reply.
>>I want to display datetime() in report in this format: 4/1/1999 3:21 PM, how can I do that? And other little problem: I change a backcolor of one field in detail (in order to underline it), in design mode I see this, but in the Preview or Print I don't see anything.

I did it and now it works fine, thanks.
This will pull the current info when printing. To format AM/PM, look at the SET HOURS command.
But I have another problem: I've created a table, which contains two additional fields with date and time then some file was created/modifyed (not this table). I get this information from adir() function (BTW, probably you know a better way to do it). This function returns file creation/modification date in date() format, and a time in a character format. So, then I display a time from this field it looks like 16:13:26, instead of 04:13 PM. So, how can I solve this problem? May be here I need an UDF?
And I still don't know why I can't change background of one field in detail.
Thanks,
Nadya
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
