I've tested VFP 5.0 under Terminal server, and it actually performed as well as it does running on my computer. Of course, I was the only person hitting it. There was nothing that had to be done to the application for it to run on TS - it is just running on Windows NT.

I would suggest a test of your application on TS. I am not sure if you can get an eval edition, but if you can I would test it first.
