It's not foxtools but its a strong standard C++ Library.
Anyway....

My machine crashed (GPF) so I restarted it-- Loading the library has been working fine (knock on wood) since that time about 12 pm (EST). Dont know why it wouldnt load before.

Several functions in the library will I'm still testing the entire library.


Think I'll stay away from including the library in distibuted prgs and apps until I figure out what happend.
