Next came another odd problem -- I had to disable the "button" for some situations, and the only way I cound find to get a "natural look" for a disabled toolbar button picture was to use a button in the container instead of an image.
So, I put a small picture command button inside another container to cover the button's edges. I then place the new smaller container inside the big container where the image was, and programmatically enable/disable it as needed. Works great, but whew...I hope the users are happy after spending a couple hours on this :)
