I reported this problem to M$ months ago during beta testing of IE5. I got the usual response :-)
HTML 3.2 allows a NORESIZE option in a framed document, but M$ have choosen to make it the default in IE5. I've no idea how to turn resize back on. Maybe they hate frames!
