The following is an exchange between Alex Chacko and me, hope it helps someone else:

Hi Albert,

Thank you very much for your immediate response.

You are right. When I created a new project in c: drive , a config.fpw was
generated in c: drive. when ever I run VFP this config.fpw was triggerd
instead of original one from VFP98 default directory. I deleted one from the
root directory, now everything is O.K.

This can be a new issue, so it is difficult to explain and make one to
understand properly the real problem. I have explined this issue with many
experts including MSDN people. Everyone suggested if Wizard is not working
on your new project check the Tool menu - options. That means nobody has
faced this problem so far.

You know, somtimes it is difficult to explain the problems to the Doctor. Patient does not know what is happenig inside he can say paining.

Regards

Alex
