See also the "What is polymorphism" thread for a much more detailed "discussion" of this subject (composition versus inheritance), last week. Jim Booth has there an example which is better than the one in this thread (sorry Jim, just MHO:)).

If I create a class from a container with object(s) in the container, in my mind, the overall class definition is made up of the container and all its contained objects ( this is apparently incorrect ). Therefore, in my mind, a method/property declared in the container as protected or hidden should still be visible to the objects within the container since they all are part of the class "definition". This must be incorrect, since this will not work.
