>In the Form or Class Designer click on the ActiveX control. You find the OleClass property. Now open the registry (for example with REGEDIT) and look in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. Here you find a subkey called CLSID. Now search for the ID that is stored in that key. This should lead you to another key that has the name of the CLSID. In that key you find a key "InprocServer32". The Default Value contains the name of the file you have to distribute.

When you get to the file that contains the ActiveX control, run the Depend tool on it. It will show you all (not really all:)) the other files used by it. These files may also need to be distributed. :)
