This generally means that the user has one or more run-time files that don't match the version of VFP you're using in development. The best thing to do is just recreate the run-time install on your machine using the setup wizard. Then have the user delete all of the VFP dlls from \windows\system and reinstall the run-time.

>I had a client call with an issue I have never seen before. When they launch the program, they are getting a "Resource File Version Mismatch" error. If thys say OK, they get a "Visual Foxpro Cannot Start --> Cannot load resource error".

>Any Ideas? I re-loaded and the vfp500.dll has the date of 1/24/97. (He did have a vfp500.dll file dated 10/21/97??-- which I renamed to vfp500.old before reloading. He also re-started the PC after the re-install.
