Is there any way to remove the caption area from a toolbar?

The colored area at the top of the bar goes away when it is docked and reappears when it is undocked. I'd like it go away all of the time.

What I've tried so far:

Deleted the caption.

Set ControlBox to .f.

All suggestions welcome.
