Herzewerke has a new one comming out very soon... Fundamentals I think it is called... Also Effective designs gives you a bit more than what each line of code does, but some ideas and stuff. If you can, I would recomend the whole set. You can go the their web site and check it out...

You might want to call and see when the Fundamentals book is going to print... I have already recieved the Effective Techniques one.
