One of my customers trys to print to fax,

NT SBS system using the fax server that comes with NT.

He goes to the
1. printer dialog
2. properties
3. change printer to FAX ON SERVER (Microsoft Fax Client)
4. Click OK to print
5. Compose new fax screen comes up
6. Types in phone number
7. Hits Next
8. Cover page
9. NO
10. Subject Line, he types in TEST
11. He its OK
12. CLICK FINISH
13. Status says 'Preparing to print'
14. Error submitting fax to print server, aborted from print manager.

Any help would be appreciated.
