User 1 has the printers on her computer and receives this error 1958 error loading printer driver most of the time when she prints but not all. A couple of things to try... 1. update the printer driver to latest version, 2. delete the share and try for a while without the other user connected.

If this happens when the other user is printing to the printer, put the printer on another machine and share the resource through it.
