Yeah. Well, that is always an option. Really screw some other things up so they don't even worry about the 4 digit years. Then I fix the other things and they will have lived with 4 digits for so long that their objections will be a distant memory.

It's like hitting someone in the head with a hammer so they don't worry about their paper cut.
