Anywhere in Microsoft, use "Search" in black top right corner.
Put Q101297 in the box, choose Support & the Knowledge Base (next to last in second column).

Here is the final URL:
http://search.microsoft.com/us/results.asp?nq=TRUE&SName=&SPath=&SCatalog=&qu=Q101297&Boolean=PHRASE&Finish=Search+Now%21&intCat=7
