While I was first working with Word I ran into the and it was because I'd inadvertently started had several instances of Word running. Look at the task manager and see if that's the case for you. If so you need to make sure you are properly releasing the Word instance.

It works fine on a form through the command window, but when I create an executable it errors out and won't load up Word. Although not really consistent, most of the time it indicates not enough memory, and yet I'm not running anything with the app and I've got 64 mb of RAM.
