Hi,

I'd like to use exchange 4.0 to get the mail for the entire office. I have spoken to my mail provider (he is using a MAC product). I have done a little reseach and know that normally exchange would use ETRN and TURN command to retrieve the mail from the mail provider. But both ETRN and TURN required a static IP address. We can not obtain a static IP from our ISP so how can I obtain the mail for the office just using exchange 4.0? My mail provider is able to forward all mail for the office to one mail box. But then I need to use POP3 protocol to retrieve the mail and I do not know what or how to give the commands for exchange to pass on to the mail provider. I need a little help. TIA
