In the Read Level Show function of the screen's READ you could say,

IF USERNAME='BILL'
SHOW GET TEXTBOX ENABLE COLOR
ELSE
SHOW GET TEXTBOX DISABLE COLOR
ENDIF

Choose colors like black on white vs. white on white, etc.
