I don't have VFP 6 at hand right now to test it, but I think that the VCX file is the same both in VFP 5 and 6. Otherwise, you can allways do a COMPILE CLASSLIB in VFP 5 to bring a VCX created in VFP 6 in VFP 5 format.

>Thanks for the reply. To answer your question, I thought it would be better to create a .prg as I need to support both VFP5 and VFP6. I was not sure if I could create a .vcx in VFP5 and have it compatiable with VFP6 or vice versa. Do you know if this is a problem with creating a .vcx class?
