Thanx, but the problem is nothing so sophisicated.

My client wants to be able to generate dozens of different form letters via MS Office97 using VFP data but as mentioned, I get CAN NOT OPEN DATA when attempting to open the table in Word (via, TOOLS, MAIL MERGE, FORM LETTERS, GET DATA, OPEN DATA, XXX.DBF).

This should be easily doable. What am I missing?
