Bob,

Thanks again for the reply, but I am not making the call in the Init of the app, I was thinking the same thing that the object was not yet created. I can see the the oSystemSetting object get created and it is an instance of the cRegistry class. For some reason, I can not directly access the properties or methods. I can't figure out what I am missing. I went and looked in the Mere Mortals Developer Guide and found this under the cApplication section:

oSystemSetting This object is responsible for adding items to and reading information from the Windows System Registry. When running under 32-bit Windows, this System Setting object is created from the CRegistry class. Do not use this object directly. Use the GetSetting and SetSetting methods to read and write to the Windows System Registry.

Now I can call this.getsetting or this.setsetting, but why are you not supposed to use the osystemsetting object directly? Is there another way to call the deletekey method of cRegistry?

Kind Regards,

Mat
