>>>I do a invoice report with header (client information) and footer section (Sub-total, Tax and Total) and i will like to print these on each page but already the footer information are calculate for each page, but i just want the information is printed out at the end of report. I try to put in a summary section but i can't formating my page for having the look of a invoice. I can just put at the end or on a new page.

>>I'm not sure about FP 2.0-DOS reports, but can you put the information in a group footer where the group is divided on Invoice #s? This way the information would be printed at the end of each invoice, and you could place it directly under the detail information.

Eric: As I said earlier, I don't know if this is available in FPDOS 2.0, but a Group tells the report to break the data at some specified point. For example, if you are printing an address book you could Group on the first letter of the last name. Then all of the "A"s would be in the first group, the "B"s in the second etc.

In your case, you can group on the Invoice number. If the report generator allows groups, you will get a Group Header and a Group Footer. The Header is printed above the line-item entries, and the footer is printed when all line-items are completed. In the Address book example, the Header could contain
LETTER which would print as LETTER A, LETTER B, etc. ( is just my way of showing the data you're grouping on)

The footer could contain
End of Letter which would print End of Letter A, etc.

If you have only one invoice, then the there would be only one group, (one invoice number) so the group footer would be printed at the end of the printout. I don't see why Summary didn't work also, if you had only one invoice, however many pages were involved.
