Hi Jim,
I think that the precedent ideas were too aggressive. It would have been impossible to promote VFP considering a possible confrontation with Microsoft.
What I suggested is quite inoffensive.
I just want to have numbers to compare with Visual Basic.
It is certain that the Visual Basic programmers wont be enchanted by this idea. Are these persons what you refer to as "The killlers"?
I sure hope that the VFP MVP would be glad to participate in such an exercise.
Would'nt it be kind of a bizarre reaction for them to be against this proposition?
Anyway I really think that something has to be done because time will eventually be against us if we don't do something quickly to prove our point.
Are we the only two persons on the UT that think that VFP is really good?
If not I don't understand why so far you are the only one that have responded.
